What does the term "All Natural" on your label mean?
The term "All Natural" is a USDA regulated term. It means our meat has no additives, no preservatives and is minimally processed. Inappropriate use of this term is punishable under federal law. If it says "All Natural" on our label, then it must be approved in Washington as such. All of our non-marinated beef cuts qualify for this USDA designation, and we are currently in the midst of changing our package labels to reflect such statements. All natural cuts are used for International Entrees marinated items. However, according to the USDA, after a marinade is added to any meat it can no longer be designated as officially "all natural."
Our poultry is "free roaming," which means that the birds are free to roam in a designated area and never inhumanely treated. We pride ourselves with buying poultry from only the best U.S. farms; we never use imported poultry. The United States has the highest standards in the world for the confinement of poultry.
We carry both. Our Wild Alaskan Salmon is certified by the Marine Steward Council as "wild" and is processed domestically in Alaska. We also offer a Norwegian Salmon that is aqua-cultured. The Norwegians have the highest standards in the world for raising fish and recently won the Gold Standard. Artificial color is never added to our Aqua-cultured salmon. The salmon is raised in the deep, cold water of the Fjords in Norway. The process is one of the only methods proven to be eco-friendly. The product is immediately flash frozen to lock in the freshness. All of our salmon products are guaranteed to be delicious.
What kind of feed is used for the Cutlets I have purchased?
Depending on the type of Cutlet it ranges from All Vegetable diet with the ABF Cutlets to a USDA certified grain diet consisting of corn and free of Growth Hormones and animal bi-products. Feed is federally regulated not to have harmful ingredients as is the drinking water used for chickens.

All natural cuts are used for the marinated items. According to the USDA after you add a marinade to the meats it disqualifies it from being designated as officially "ALL NATURAL."
